Study trip deposits and payments are accepted online or by mail. For those able, mailing a check is our preferred method to receive payments, reduce significant processing fees. However, we are working to provide online payment options as well, as we understand this is best for many. Thank you!

Crosswinds trip Payment Schedule
Total Program Land Fee (based on double occupancy):
$3,300 + contribution of $250 for group tips on arrival
$825 single supplement fee for private room
Registration Deposit
$1,000 deposit due per person upon registration
January 15, 2026: Final Pre-Trip Payment
$2,300 Payment Due Per Person
*$825 single supplement for private room
Due on Arrival
$250 cash for group tips
The final $250 payment per person will be collected upon arrival in Turkey. This will be used for group cash expense needs including tips to guides, drivers, housekeeping, restaurant and dining service, site hosts, etc.
